Vedic Mathematics Classes in Malaysia

Vedic Mathematics has originated from the Indian Vedas. The crowning glory of Indian mathematics was the invention of 'Zero' and the introduction of the decimal notation without which mathematics as a scientific discipline could not have made much headway. Vedic Mathematics is a new and unique system based on simple rules that enable mathematical problems of all kinds to be solved easily and efficiently. This amazing methods are based on the pioneering work of the late Bharati Krishna Tirthaji , Shankaracharya of Puri, Orissa, India. He re-constructed this method in the year 1911-1918. Experience of teaching Vedic Mathematics to children has shown that a high degree of mathematical ability can be attained from an early age because of its simplicity and ease. Many of the methods are developed further at a later stage. Mathematics is the head of all sciences and if it is taught with fun and ease One can cultivate an interest towards the subject.
I have been invited to Malaysia to conduct Series of Vedic maths Workshops from 11th Dec to 19th Dec 2009. First of all I would like to thank Mr.Jeyaraman, Mr. Marcuz and Mr. Wasudevan of MAGIC KIDZ ENRICHMENT CENTRE , Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for organising these Classes. As We want to promote VM in Malaysia and give benefit of maths not only to Indian students who study there but also to Malaysian and Chinese students. As everyone knows that Mathematics is the Universal subject and every Child has to attain the knowledge of it. I got feed back from the students saying that this method will help them to get more marks in their School Maths. They like the subject because of its simplicity. We explained the concepts of VM and how it is useful as checking tool in their examination and also it saves their precious time.
If there is continued support and encouragement ,We are sure that we can bring permanent Classes in Malaysia in the nearest future.

Special Multiplication by 9

I like Mathematics so much and I love to take Vedic maths
Classes all over the world. I am taking French Classes also
Since I have finished Delf A1 Exams.After practising
Vedic maths I can able to give many methods of Multiplication
Unusual. So I feel that if all the Children in the World practise this
Amazing System then they will not have night mare before their
Maths Exam and they also start to like the subject. If a Child Masters
in Mathematics then he can Master in any Subject since Maths is the
head of all Sciences. I would like to thank Mr.Gaurav Tekriwal
for his Continued Support and Encouragement. I am sure that We
can take Vedic maths to all parts of the World with his Continuing
Support. Here are some methods of Multiplication by 9.
Multiplication of any digit number in descending order with 9 :
( 1 ) 21 X 9
We will get 3 parts of the answer.
= 1 / 8 / 9 = 189
First part of the answer is obtained by subtracting 1 from the
1st digit of the Multiplicand. Second part of the answer is just
write one 8.Third part of the answer is the Compliment of the
last digit of the Multiplicand from 10.
( 2 ) 321 X 9
We will get 3 parts of the answer.
= 2 / 88 / 9 = 2889
( 3 ) 7654 X 9
We will get 3 parts of the answer
= 6 / 888 / 6 = 68886
Main rule is to remember is
If you multiply 2 digit number by 9 --- Centre part is one 8
If you multiply 3 digit number by 9 --- Centre part is two 8’s
If you multiply 4 digit number by 9 --- Centre part is three 8’s
And go on and on.
